Why this exists

Built inside a working agency.

We are Blackbird, a consultancy agency: a dozen-plus client accounts, campaigns, sites, reporting, the whole circus. For years we ran it on the usual boards, and even though we were a very structured team, we always ended up finding a hole in our work.

So we built the board that closes those holes on its own, and moved our clients onto it. Every feature on this page exists because one of our own weeks demanded it, and gets used the day it ships, on real deadlines, by the people who wrote it.
